A day of slowness, of buen vivir and serenity of regenerating walks, tastings of excellent products made in Collio, show cooking and guided meditations in nature to reconnect with yourself and with the here and now. We leave for our trip to the well-being of Russiz Superiore (Higher), in the homonymous company sorts where once stood a small village whose walls are still visible, including coffee, pastries and relaxing walks between the rows; we will continue with extrasensory experience in company of Ferruccio Sgubin, among the many shades of green that Dolegna can give its guests on a journey through the woods that will take us, with a small rise, a spectacular viewpoint, the ideal place to rediscover himself in a group guided meditation; we will proceed slowly on the path of the High Vineyards to savor its beauty, in a green bath among the great “cru” of the Collio between La Subida and the Castle of Spessa; we will end our experience in the local charming of 10th-century Casa delle Rose (Rose’s House), in Ruttars, where a show cooking by the pool will enhance our senses.
