Information about data processing

Pursuant to article 13 of the Italian Privacy Act (Legislative decree 196/03), we inform you that personal data can be processed by Yestour srl in accordance with the above-mentioned decree and assuring the utmost confidentiality. Personal data will be registered in electronic data-bases or paper forms, and they will be used by the RH division of our society only for recruiting purposes or for an appropriate working relationship/cooperation with you, if established. In order to safeguard your personal information and privacy, data processing follows security procedures and may include the use of electronic devices for data storage, management and transmission. The disclosure of your personal data is optional. However if you choose to deny your consent, this society will not be able to carry out a regular selection process. We also inform you that you can exercise your rights in accordance with article 7 of Legislative decree 196/03, and specifically: the right to know with no delays on our side if we hold any personal data related to you (either registered or not), and to obtain a readable list of the same; the right to know how your data have been collected and which are the rationale, purposes and procedures behind their processing; the right to have your data erased, to make them anonymous or to block them in case of abuse; you also have the right to have your data updated, amended, and implemented. Yestour srl is the responsible for data processing.
